[T3] regarding narrowed beam

I know that there are wheel shops around who can machine the offset of wheels (within reason) you might look around and see if that is a good choice for yours. I have considered it for mine after having a guy who owned a shop tell me about it when I lived in Colorado. Unfortunately he sold the company in Arizona and moved to Colorado.

Subject: [T3] regarding narrowed beam
So, the notch is already lowered by PO, many years ago. I currently have 136-60s in the front and they rub when backing out of the drive way or pulling into some parking lots. I have the 5 spoke Empi style wheels on it. I am looking for a way to sop the rubbing and have more rubber up front. I don’t really feel safe with the 135…just not enough tread for my liking.
Now back to you guys to enlighten me. I do appreciate your input.
