[T3] Distributor Drive Gear Position

My 66 square starts fine.  If I drive to store, get back in car it won't
start.  It kicks over good a couple times and then progressively with less
and less oomph.  Like the battery is draining.  Engine newly rebuilt.
Never ever had this problem before.
