[T3] notch seat belt anchor points

Our 1964 Squareback was fitted with front diagonal belts by the dealer from new. I'm pretty sure the mountings were already there, but the belts were only diagonal, not 3-point, and made in Sweden.
Our '59 Bug was also dealer fitted with diagonal front belts from new, but there were no factory mountings, just threaded plates and screws. The B-post ones had a piece of welding rod to locate them in the pillar.

I know this is off topic, but I came very close to buying a '62 Beetle once
that had factory front seat belt anchors. What stopped me was that the
outboard anchors were in the slightly to moderately rust floor. On topic,
my '65 Notch, (European Delivery) has F/R factory seat belt anchors.
