[T3] notch seat back anchor points

That bracket MAY have been painted body color (L620) in '86 when I had the
fenders, doors, hood and rear hatch removed when the body was painted.  The
seat belt bracket may have have been removed and painted, too.  Can't
recall.

When Bob H. replaced the heater tubes, sills and rockers in 2012, I may
have had him repaint that bracket with a brown paint that he had on hand or
maybe we just used a brown "rattle can" paint.  ???

Because I'm pretty much of a stickler for keeping my '69 as stock as
possible,  I just may have that bracket "re-plated".  I can just hear some
of you rolling your eyes, right now.  :-)
But I just may have a bracket in storage when I "parted-out", 2 Type 3's
from a bone yard.

Should I have the "plater" strip the paint and ask him to use standard zinc
plating over the steel?
