[T3] muffler - HE leaks

Here are a couple of photos I found on the Samba to illustrate the problem, and why it is critical.
This one clearly shows soot stains where the gasses flow from the muffler connection back into the HE heater supply air.

Although the HE air is pressurized by the fan, it’s very much lower pressure than in the exhaust stream, and so a “jet” of exhaust leaks right into your heater air supply!

You will probably smell the exhaust like I did, but if yours is really well tuned, you might not.  But the CO will still kill you!
