Marion,

Sounds like you've got everything well in hand. We're looking forward to the 
Invasion and seeing you and Peg. However, I keep worrying that I haven't 
sent in my reservations for your various meals and the factory tour. And I 
have to think that others are in the same position. Would it make sense to 
post each event along with who's paid? It could be a list message, like this 
one, or maybe John could add it to the web site.

On the web site, I can imagine a few more columns on the right side of the 
list of Invasion attendees, one column for each event, with checkmarks if 
payment has been received for that event. Don't know how much trouble that 
would be for you and John, but it might save some hassle in the long run.

Just food for thought.
