[T3] MAX CC

It is my opinion that the stock type-3 should be better than the doghouse
type-1. Type-3 has always provided a separate air-path to the cooler and a
nice clean supply of outside air that a type-1 does not.

I have never put this to the test with a big engine, but I've been unable
to overwhelm the system with a 1776 under any circumstances.
