I'll be interested to hear what you find in your AT that's causing the noise. I 
didn't remember your mentioning that problem.

That mis-routed parking brake cable and that funny spacer under the air 
cleaner? Good! Anything else

Like Bob said, look for where wire 19 comes out of the FI harness and 
connects to a wire from a body harness. Just 2 short wires on the wall in 
front of the engine, just to the left of the IAD. This will be right near the AT 
dipstick. The exposed wires are short; most of each wire is buried in a 
harness.
