[T3] hot startups

It does seem you are at least making progress. I wish I knew more about the
carb setup to offer some help. I've only dealt with a 66 bug and 68 ghia
single carbs and quite a few Fords with 4 barrel and a 61 Corvair with dual
carbs none are quite the same thing.
