I use US made 5/16" fuel hose. It does not have to be fuel injection hose 
because our systems run at lower pressure than modern FI systems.

Be careful when cutting off the old crimp ferrule. If you cut too deeply, you'll 
cut into the bulge on the end of the nipple. That can make it hard to seal.

I can replace those hoses for you for $5 each. I'm set up to do it carefully.
