That's actually a pretty good question. I used to get them with the DoT-5 I
bought, but they (Cartel) stopped knowing what I was asking about. I've
toyed with getting them printed myself, but never got around to doing
anything about it. I'm afraid I'd need to buy too many and it would be too
expensive, but I should check.

Is there more interest out there?
