I checked it this morning and got to wiggling wires in the area I worked at. There is a 4 way junction where 4 wires connect close to the MAP sensor above the injectors for 3 and 4.  When I wiggled that a wire popped out like it wasn’t in good. I’m thinking I must of almost pulled it loose and it was still getting a half way connection because when I got it plugged it properly it solved all the issues I was having.  Started running right like before and the fuel pump started cycling on and off like it should with the ignition switch.  Thanks for the help!
