[T3] My 73 square FI Auto trans oil leak?

I watched many times and for some odd reason it does not leak while
running, only when sitting parked it drips so I add oil .  The crank is
higher than the cam.

 Anyone know why other than perhaps the crank seal holds the oil while
running because of rotation . It makes no sense to me. I felt it either
leaks all the time or doesn't.
