I don't think the black sticker makes any difference. I have one black sticker 
one here that I've checked as good and one non black sticker marked 
"Dead?" I'd be willing to ship them both to you if you'd be willing to test both 
and let me know how they work.

I'd like to get $75 plus shipping for a good one.

That said, brains are one of the least likely things you'll ever need. Do you 
have a spare pressure sensor? That's one of the most likely for a '70 or '71.
