[T3] 400Kmi!

Keith Park topnotch at nycap.rr.com

Well about 2 weeks ago I went into Ti for some groceries (awfully lonely
looking in the park without all the T3's there!) and on the way back

To the camp on Corduroy Rd the Odometer rolled for the 4th time! It
deserved some of that 94 octane to celebrate but after making a couple trips
to the

Gate and back, slow one mile hops that don't warm it up, I started it up to
drive into town again and it was on 3 cylinders.. Except when you got the
RPM

Above 2500 or so. I noticed the spark jumping between the #2 lead and
center cap on the distributor cap so I figured Id burned out another
resistor on the spark plug connector or maybe the distributor end Beru cap.

I pulled them out and they tested and looked good, re-assembled everything
and it started up and ran fine. Problem in the wire or a partially fouled
plug? The problem only being at low RPM kinda suggests a sooty plug but
noodling with the cable seemed to fix things but I didn't really "fix" or
change anything. Been running fine since. Hate it when you cant

Get to a root cause. Its due a tuneup soon, and of course the 2056 runs
different plugs than stock, but how long does everyone run their plugs these
days? How about with the Mark 10 ignition?
