[T3] Fan replacement for a 1967 TYPE 3

Here is a picture of the main fan taken apart. The fan had some play in
the center section, so I drilled out the rivets to see how it worked. I
haven't tried to take out the rubber bushings to see how they are held in
or could be replaced.
