It wasnt too bad, make sure your car doesnt leak though,
My CDI screams more when its cold, I dont notice it much at all during the
summer but as winter approaches and it gets into the 30's, it does get
Louder but still doesnt bother me, once the engine is running thats what
you hear anyway.

A CDI won't make your car run any better, but it would lengthen the time
between new plugs and points. In the end, however, you probably don't drive
your Square enough to notice the difference.
The Delta CDIs produce a whine, but it's really only noticable when the
engine is not running. I like to see them installed above the engine, in the
luggage area, but they don't take much room. Keith puts his under the back
seat, which is nice, but it's a lot of work to run the wires there.
