Glad to hear that the Blue Swallow dog is still okay. He was getting old last
time we were there, two years ago.

I never saw garages at the Blue Swallow. I'll have to look closer next time,
but not sure if I'll stop there this trip. Adrian, TX may be a good choice for
tomorrow night, just west of Amarillo; right now I'm in Norman, OK.

Del's is on the same side of the road, south, as the Blue Swallow. It's a good
place, but sometime you really must try Chewy's, with the John Madden
shrine, on the north side of the road.

Thanks for the other info,

Jim

> The white convertible is Pedro Sainz´s perfect reproduction of the the original 1962 prototype convertibles by Karmann. Working top and all. Just a gorgeous car. Lee´s convertible was Ruby Red and was really a roadster as the top was just the cover when it was down. There was no top mechanism under it. Lee had the two-tone Blue 62 a t the show. The oldest Type 34 in the world and restored to perfection in every detail. Only the 5 of us made the tour of the Red Rocks Canyon. Bill T. has the dark blue greek-themed Type 34 and he was the show host and was too busy to make the cruise. Jack Fisher brought the 68 RH-Drive Automatic with Electric Sunroof up for the show and to deliver it to ill T. Who bought it. Jack arrived just as we were heading out and the car needed a little tuning so it didnTMt make the cruise. Oe other Type 34 showed up late on Friday or Saturday morning and wasnTMt n the cruise.
