[T3] Type 34 Karmann Ghia Road trip to Las Vegas...

Jill and I made it to Claremore, OK as planned.  Another great day of cruising in the Type 34.  We even stopped at the Route 66 Drive-in in Carthage, MO to recreate the photo of my 66 Squareback from 15 years ago.  Weather was great again but we did use the A/C for a couple of hours in the middle of the afternoon.  So nice.  Still getting right around 26 mpg.

We were treated to a great Oklahoma sunset as we crossed into the state.
