[T3] Horn Issue

Copy that. With any luck I'm getting close to a working horn without
any battery draining side-effects.
I try to avoid adding complexity under the dash. On the other hand I
have a megasquirt sitting behind the rear seat with all sorts of
supporting electrics. But I made sure all that is relatively easy to
access.
