[T3] Horn Issue

Do you tackle this "under-the-dash maze of wires/fuses/etc. with the front
seats "in place" or removed?
At my advanced age, the only way I can work on the electric or mechanical
under the dash is to remove both front seats. Removing the seats is
challenging too.
Maybe when the weather is suitable here in Wisconsin, Jim A. can use some
of your findings and solutions to make the non-working horn operational
gain.
Now I'm questioning whether having a working horn is worth the time spent.
