[T3] Crabby carbs

Well Ive finally got the Notch running just the way I want it so I really
don't want to disturb whats working right, Im going to pull the tops again
next week and clean them out again, I really need to get this on the road
and see what happens too.... MAYBE this fall!

Still need a Smoothie for it though, my previous statement of there being a
reason why the NOS stuff is still around bit me on the NOS rim I got, it has
a real bad Hop in it but the used Ones I got checked out fine.
