Fred,
Your experience is not unusual. The fuses usually don't blow, but a
clock that has actually been running all this time may have worn out
its pivots. Do yours still keep halfway reasonable time?
-- jim, yes,both are reasonable enough for me.they gain about 5 min/10 days.
i have not bothered to fiddle with the adjustment screw on the back.
