[T3] Dual carb air cleaner

I think sometimes VW moved to standardisation across the different Types.

Eg I've just got a new heater cable, and it's got a 133 part number from the
Aug72>July74 1303S Bug. It is the same part as the later Type 3 one -
length measures correct on the two ends, so it's definitely right. Hope I
don't regret saying that when I fit it tomorrow!

The odd thing is that none of the later Type 3 carb air cleaners end in 611.
The ones shown in my microfilm are 311 129 607 & 607A. The various FI air
cleaners end in 611.

VW was always very careful to use the same end number for the same part,
even on different Types. Why did they slip up here?
