[T3] A new T-34 owner?

Thanks John, that lower retractor mount is the only one I don't have and Im
glad to get advice from an automotive engineer about that.  The OE pan in
the crate didn't have ANY mounts for the retractor, BUT... the OE pan on the
64 parts car I used some of the rocker parts from had the same kind of
mounts you used installed in those places, they looked original... perhaps a
factory option in 64 or a US spec car.

retractor.

I like this arrangement for the anchor since it transfers some of the load
into the rocker through the body bolt and it gets the loading in two planes.
