[T3] Clutch Cable Length

Who cares?  I would wager ... Many of us do!

I for one, am always intrigued by problems, resulting with not only
solutions, but by CAUSES  plus WHY the "fix" worked.  Re-installing the
same cable that came out of the car ... it didn't just heal itself.

What would cause the cable to be too short?  A loop?  Having to go around
something along the path?  ???
