[T3] Headliner install guy

I remember reading a number of posts about people asking how to get the
rear-view mirror out.  It involved yanking backwards or something.  Does the
mirror mount come out in one piece or does this break something?  I didn't
pay much attention because it wasn't something I was dealing with at the
time.
