[T3] Headliner install guy

I will be watching how yours turns out. This is something I will have to do
after my paint job is done and just before I have my glass guy do his thing.
My headliner is in very bad shape.

I remember reading a number of posts about people asking how to get the
rear-view mirror out.  It involved yanking backwards or something.  Does the
mirror mount come out in one piece or does this break something?  I didn't
pay much attention because it wasn't something I was dealing with at the
time.
