[T3] knocking sound at a hard stop-front of car

No rust and all bolts are tight.  Jacked up car.  Got under it...put a
wrench onto everything.
Nothing is loose?
I took off each wheel and re-attached them as well, making sure they
were mounted evenly.  Under hard braking the knocking continues...
