[T3] Fuel pump primer and pressure

It should read 29 both times. Are you doing this with 2 people so 
that you can press the button and read the gauge at the same time?

Compare the sound the pump makes when you press the button for one 
second with the sound it makes when you first turn the key ON. If the 
button produces a weaker sound, then maybe the switch has gone bad. 
Try wiggling the button to see if that makes any difference.
