[T3] Fuel pump primer and pressure

Jim,

I wanted to check my fuel pressure to make sure I wasn't running lean in
that respect.  I have one of your primer switches.  Why doesn't running that
switch with the engine off show 29 psi ... but when the engine is running, I
do have 29?  With engine off, running the pump, I get 20.
