[T3] Fuel pump rod

Hopefully someone will know what I need to find and a source. My searching is not working. Checked the Samba and all the usual suppliers. Think I will park on level ground until I sort this out.

I see where some 32PDSIT carburetors had the cut off valves and some did not. Wonder why?
