[T3] trivial pursuit: the type 3 addition

Parts book says M10 x 18 for the later front (from VIN 315 195 500) and M10
x 15 for the earlier ones.
Upper bar it's M8 x 20.

Are you sure that it's 30mm?

Those are the only bolts in my beam that are 8.8, everything else was
upgraded to 10.9.  When I saw those pics, I thought I better change those
two bolts too.  But 30 mm seemed too long and bottomed out.  I 'think' it's
20 or 25, which I don't have on hand.
