[T3] Coker Tire?

Problem with Coker is that its old technology! I really want to benefit from
a modern tire design, and the coker tires are so expensive.  I remember when
I was all upset over not being able to get whitewalls in a radial anymore,
now its getting to the point of being lucky just to get a radial!
