[T3] Dwell Meter Stalls Engine

I hadn't experienced the stalling with the dwell meter before, but activating a
timing light has always caused the RPMs to drop by a couple hundred.
After messing with it some more I found that once the dwell is in the normal
range the engine will slow, but not quite die with the dwell meter.

I suspect there's something wrong with your dwell meter, or maybe
there's something about your dwell meter that just doesn't work well
with the VW system. I've seen this happen with some dwell meters, and
my own meter happens to cause an engine to stumble when switching
modes, but it works fine otherwise.

Did this happen with your old distributor also? I hope so, because I
can't imagine any way that the distributor I rebuilt for you would
work any differently, in this way, from your old one.
