Hi there
Diagnosis is difficult with such sparse details.    Engine size? Carbs, (make and model)?  Jetting for same...exactly?  Elevation?  Problem started suddenly?  Problem started after what procedures?  Gas tank full?  Gas quality?
This appears to be a fuel delivery issue, although suggestions for its rectification are difficult with so little information.
