[T3] Rev limiting motor

Pedantic is appropriate - 'pedant' has a couple of somewhat derogative
meanings, but a third I've found says (Obsolete) A schoolmaster. That
seems to fit me, particularly the obsolete bit. ;-)

The plasma in that fascinating toroid you showed me would need a vertical
magnetic field component, pushing it towards the centre as it zooms round.
I saw a TV programme on fusion power recently; the KStar in S. Korea looked
impressive.

I take it I've got it mixed up and I should have said centripetal instead.

In all honesty, I can never keep the 2 facets of this single phenomenon
straight, and frankly, it always struck me as rather pedantic to make the
distinction. Not a criticism of you, Dave, but perhaps a weakness of mine.
