[T3] ball joints

Movement due to that cause can  be felt with the wheels on the ground - you
could probbaly even free the  lock tab enough to tighten the bolt a quarter
turn at a time, and check for  an improvement each time.  I think you can 
get
to the bolt with wheel  turned out without even lifting the car. 




It can be done on the ground, but you also have to break loose the grub  
screw, and the jam nut on the right side to adjust the slack.
