[T3] Child seats in a Square

That's astonishing - even our '82 Polo had 2 shoulder and a lap in the back,
and our '86 Jetta the same.  I can understand a big US saloon not having
shoulder belts in the back, but not a small cabin type.

87 Golf doesn't have shoulder belts in the Rear !

Must have been the last year they only had lap belts in the rear because my
88 Golf dose have 3 point retractable in the back seat.  My 72 FB has a
place behind the rear quarter window to mount a shoulder strap(or I think
that is what it is). Don't know if the Notch or Squares have them.
