The whole concept of reaming these gives me the willies.

First, you'd have to have some sort of insert to fit in the needle 
bearing to hold the reamer on center. If you didn't, you'd inevitably 
wobble around and not get the clean straight hole you wanted.

Second, I wonder how well Delrin responds to reaming. I'd expect it 
to be rather soft and grab in the reamer flutes, making the end 
result inevitably rough and oversize.

Are the ISP Delrin bushings sized to replace the OE bushings, or the 
OE bushings plus the fiber seats that the OE bushings press into?

If they replace both parts this would be a way to repair axle beams 
with damaged bushing seats. If they just replace the OE bushings then 
making them the right size, both ID and OD, would make more sense.
