[T3] oil pump size

Hey all,

I was just looking thru my Bentley, and it says that the later engines with
the dished camshafts
Had "Larger" oil pumps than the earlier flat cam's used.

I know these days they are using the flat cams with the matching pumps and
saying that the oil
Pump is the same size. is that true? Do the dished cams use "larger" pumps?
