[T3] back to the Bosch regulator...

Im back from PA, 535mi and other than the regulator NO problems, so the car
looks like its ready for the big trip after and oil change etc.
I put the electronic Bosch regulator back on when in PA, and for the trip
home it stayed at a rock steady 14.0 - 14.1 the whole way back, I didn't use
any lights on the way back but even without them the VR39 didn't hold
steady.  Gas mileage on the way back was better too although that may have
been a tail wind for a while.  So 2 thumbs down for the VR39 and 2 thumbs
back up for the Bosch electronic regulator.  When I looked at the VR 39
those power resistors on the bottom got SO hot that they cooked the phenolic
insulator between the layers and cracked it, so that didn't give me a warm
and fuzzy eather.

Charging system should be OK now, but Ill ditch that old generator and dig
out a new core for next time around.
