I think so, but I haven't done anything with them for several years.

Once you've got everything apart, bolt the case halves back together 
and use a feeler gauge to check for clearance between the web halves 
around the #2 main bearing. There should not be any space there once 
the main bearing studs are tight. Let us know if there is.

I understand that you can install a later pump with larger holes and 
it will still work. Maybe get the old cover reground. Just make sure 
the oil passages line up.
