[T3] hot start difficulty

Yes, a little more info is needed. Are you getting fuel to the carbs when  
this happens? I'm only asking, because my all aluminum case 1600 would boil 
the  fuel in the pump during a shut down (carb bowls would still be full of 
fuel). To  fix mine, I went to an electric fuel pump.
