Mark, on his web site - aircooledkey.com, Walkersville,MD doesn't mention
1)  that replacement keys are chrome-plated brass or steel.  Hmmm?
2)  that he CAN or CANNOT cut steel blanks.

Using two different keys is kinda unhandy, isn't it?
I wouldn't like to have to do that.
