[T3] Tight exhaust valves

Don,
Yes, I checked first thing in the morning after the car had sat for 24
hours prior to last being ran.  The air temperature that morning (6am
Christmas Eve in San Jose) was probably around 40 degrees, and I expect my
heads were close to that temp.
