[T3] speedometer

In my 1973 squareback it only advances in the winter time... If it gets 
about say 50F or warmer it wont work... but if its cold it works fine... 
But I would be interested in sending it to ya jim if you would be 
interested in repairing it... My car is sitting in the garage because i 
got to rebuild my 32pdsit carbs and I have to buy some new treads. so i 
wont need the spedo for a little bit anyways.
