[T3] RE Type 3 Brakes

The one piece line wasn't that hard to do, just a little tough to get
through the front and rear access holes and bend right, then toughest part
was to get the threaded ends onto the MC and the rear T. All in all, about
a hour. Did not have to remove seat or pedal assembly.

Just out of curiosity, what is it that makes this job so hard/difficult on
our Type 3s?  Does it require any special tools/skills?
