[T3] One cylinder dead-not firing-#3

I fully rebuilt my engine, with Mahle pistons and cylinders, Russ heads, case savers, and performance camshaft, for about half that, F.Y.I..
Only issue now is no one is left who can properly rebuild a head... Got a whole pile, including one set of 40HP.
