[T3] Looking for some unobtanium

They are not unobtainium; ISP West sells them. I bought them online from ISP
West back in 2003 and they are holding up well. ('72 square with 2 rails per
seat)

You have to order inner seat guides and outer seat guides as they are
different, and they even sell the pins that hold the rails in place.
